Our Christmas Cranberry Brie Pistachio Baguette is a delicious and healthy take on a seasonal classic. It combines creamy brie, tangy cranberry sauce, and crunchy pistachios, all layered on a warm, wholewheat baguette. It’s perfect for a quick festive lunch or a light meal to enjoy by the fire.

How to make it:    

  1. Prep the baguette: Toast your baguette in the oven or toaster until it’s warm and crispy. Once done, cut it in half. 
  2. Layer the ingredients: Spread the avocado evenly on the bottom half of the baguette. Place the Brie slices on top of the avocado, followed by the cranberry sauce. 
  3. Finish & serve: Spread the rocket over the cranberry sauce and sprinkle with pistachios. Place the other half of the baguette on top and enjoy immediately.
